Tapping on Self-Trust and How to Build It

Last week we saw how we could learn to trust ourselves, this week I would like you to tap on it so that this really gets ingrained in your being and you really get the change in your body as well as your mind.

For a more detailed explanation of tapping, watch this video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zqz_GPpjlfM&fbclid=IwAR3x0zBjgWmg-iAtx96Jg1c0aI3YNfd5a92MuewvgrnpaUSNL1yUKcvcL4g

Here are the tapping points

KC: Karate Chop

EB: Eye Brow

SE: Side of the Eye

UE: Under the Eye

UN: Under the Nose

CH: Chin

CB: Collar Bone

UA: Under the Arm

TH: Top of the Head

So, rate how you are currently feeling on a scale from 0 to 10.

And then just go through the following script.

KC       Even though I sometimes find it difficult to believe in myself I choose to love and accept myself as I am anyway.

Even though there seem to be so many obstacles and points of failure that I am doubting my ability to overcome them, I deeply and completely do love and accept myself.

Even though I have a feeling I might be sabotaging my own efforts, I am willing to place more faith in myself as I deeply and completely love and accept myself just as I am.

Now, take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out.

Then notice how you are feeling and rate that on the scale from 0 to 10.

I bet you feel better than when you started, right?

If you do this every morning, start your day off with an exercise like this, you will be amazed at the shift within you, and how fast you will notice the changes that are going to happen around you.

We would love to know how you are getting on with this tapping, so please share your experiences, thoughts and feelings with our community on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/dawncady.mindsetcoach/
