  3. What am I going to do tomorrow? This is a very powerful question because it gives us drive for the next day. In simple words, it gives us reasons to look forward to what’s about to come.

You can choose any activity which you can do daily which implants a positive sensation in your brain, such as jogging, playing the guitar, meditating, or movement. At first, you will feel like not doing anything or you will even just get exhausted if you think of doing it, but if you start it and keep on doing it the initial phase of pain and exhaustion will pass and you will eventually start to enjoy it and would want to do more of it every time. 

Why it is important to celebrate your habit in a monumental way

It is important that you celebrate your habits straight away in such a monumental way that it creates a positive image in your mind that you get motivated to keep on doing it. It is really important that you create an extraordinary celebration so that it creates a positive impact on your habits.

You should look at things that work for you like for example, footballers who celebrate after scoring a goal or dance a little after carrying out your habit. The thing which is important for you to feel is the excitement every time you carry out a habit.
