Tapping on the “I’m Not Good Enough” Program

Are you feeling trapped in a Low-Self-Esteem Prison?

This tapping session holds the key to freeing yourself from the “I am Not Good Enough” Lie.

We have done already some tapping scripts for you to work with before and today we will be tapping on this “I’m not good enough” program that many of us have running in our subconscious. This program causes a lot of problems in many areas. It is now time to let it go.

Did you know that this little voice inside your head, saying that you’re not good enough, is really an invitation to finally love yourself completely? The flowers in the field don’t question their value, and neither should we. Yet many of us are filled with worries and strong beliefs that we’re not good enough, affecting our abilities to create successful lives and relationships and even earn a good living.

The belief that we’re not good enough is learned at a very young age, and what is learned can be unlearned! Have fun with this one, the results could really change a lot of things in your life.

Take a deep full breath in and exhale slowly. Relax and check how you feel. If you are yawning, burping and/or crying, that is a very good sign. It means that you are processing and releasing. Repeat the tapping if necessary until you feel a difference. Make sure you drink plenty of water after the tapping.

Now, it has probably taken you a long time to strengthen the negative feelings and beliefs about your self-worth and esteem, so I do not want you to expect that they will disappear in one go. They may or may not. There could also be other issues that play a role in your life, other things that affect your self esteem. It is possible that you start thinking about them when you are tapping. The best thing you can do then is keep tapping on the things that come up for you, they come up because they are ready to let go of. If you do not feel different right away, do not worry, just repeat the tapping a few times, either right away or over the course of a few days and you will notice that over time you will change the way you feel and think about yourself. The most important thing to do besides the tapping is to catch yourself when you are beating yourself up or have negative feelings and thoughts about yourself. When you catch yourself, that is the perfect time to tap about it.

We would love to know how you progress on this, so please share your thoughts and feelings with our community on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/dawncady.mindsetcoach/
