As we are all dealing with these difficult times, we can see a variation of reactions in people. The one that is seen most, though, is a reaction of fear. And this is right now a constant fear that causes stress in your body, which ultimately causes disease.

The problem here, then, would seem to be F.E.A.R., or “False Evidence Appearing Real.” Certainly, we want to be able to respond to unmistakable hazards, but the repercussions of perpetually activating one’s sympathetic nervous system can be both physically and emotionally debilitating. For example, chronic fear can lead to a significantly impaired immune response; persistent epinephrine (adrenaline) surges can damage blood vessels and arteries, increasing both blood pressure and the risk of heart attacks/strokes. Higher levels of cortisol (the body’s main stress hormone) inadvertently contribute to the build-up of fat tissue and weight gain, as it increases appetite to encourage eating more for extra energy. It also increases the storage of unused nutrients as fat. Okay, what about how unfulfilling it is to lead a life where you avoid fun activities or social interactions because you are afraid of…?
What can be done to lessen the impact of the chronic fear that even you, yourself, may be experiencing? One of the best ways is to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. Unlike the sympathetic “fight or flight,” the parasympathetic is “rest and digest.” Be mindful of your breathing, do it from the diaphragm (belly breathing); visualise yourself in a beautiful, peaceful place and be sure to engage all of your senses; practice meditation; here’s an interesting one – lightly run 1 or 2 fingers over your lips (parasympathetic fibres are spread throughout them).
So, as we are dealing with a situation that is difficult to handle for a lot of people, we have been doing some research and found that this whole thing that is going on can only be counteracted by love. It is orchestrated that way, we are moving from the 3rd Chakra (power and control) into the fourth Chakra (love and community).
Now you could argue that when you are afraid it is difficult to feel love, but I do not agree with that. If you have a pet, a child or just love some one dearly, all you have to do is think of them and love will fill your heart. If you need some closeness, go and hug them and see what happens. Love will conquer everything, even fear. Even though this might be in a different way than you could imagine.
What we have to do is send out love from our hearts to as many things, situations and people as we can.
In order to do that we need first to create a connection with the Earth through grounding. For this you imagine that you have roots growing out of the bottoms of your feet, deep into the Earth, just like the roots of a strong and healthy tree. Imagine these roots to go really deep, all the way to the core of the Earth and there really connect. The roots also go sideways, which will give you even more strength and make you unshakable.
Then you do the same with your hands and imagine air roots growing from the palms of your hands and go all the way to the centre of the Universe, all the way to the Source. You connect then with Source directly and allow its loving energy to enter your body through the palms of your hands, straight into your heart.
Then also allow the loving energy from the Earth to come up into your body, also up to your heart.
You then mix this with the love you feel in your own heart, the more the better, so think about something or someone you love. I usually just take my cat in my arms and the love overflows my heart.
Once you have all this love in your heart, you allow it to fill your whole body, this might cause your body to start tingling with energy, allow it, it feels wonderful.
Once your body is filled with this love energy, you will notice it is growing and wants to expand, allow it to fill your aura, which also works as a protector for you.
Then you can imagine to expand this even further and fill the whole room you are in with this love energy, then expand to fill your house, your neighbours house as well, then the whole street, the neighbourhood you live in. Go and fill the town you live in and include everything and everyone in it. Then expand to the province or county, then the whole country, and the neighbouring countries, the continent, then next continents, all the way, until you can include the whole Earth in this loving energy. Try to hold this for as long as you can. Now increase the loving energy to be more intense, and allow it to permeate everything that is included.
Try to do this as many times as possible throughout the day, every time you remember it. You can even set an alarm to do this every hour you are awake.
In the beginning this could take you a couple of minutes to reach the whole Earth, but the more you do this, the faster you will be able to do this, you can do this within seconds.
And then just imagine, what would happen if the whole Earth was filled with people that would do this several times per day. Do you think this might make a difference in the perception of the people, even though they do not know that you are doing this?
